The ROCS Board of Directors will hold a virtual emergency session on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 6:00pm for the sole purpose of going into closed session to “prevent the disclosure of information that is privileged or confidential pursuant to the law of this State or of the United States” and to discuss “the qualifications, competence, performance, character, fitness, conditions of appointment, or conditions of initial employment of an individual public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee” per NC Open Meetings Law 143-318.11(a)(1) and (6).
The meeting will take place via simultaneous communication. Members of the public can always join the public portion of our meetings using the conference video or telephone information below. As a reminder, public comment is only offered at each regular monthly board meeting.
