A few reminders as we head into November…
Day of the Dead: ROCS families are invited to tour the student-made ofrenda for Day of the Dead on Monday, October 31st from 4-7pm. You won’t want to miss this beautiful ROCS tradition that combines learning about another culture and honoring loved ones who are no longer with us!
Parent Circle Meeting: Due to Election Day conflicts, our November meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 1st at 6:30 pm in the ROCS Multipurpose Room. We will also stream the meeting via Google Meet, but we strongly encourage anyone who can to attend in person. We’re working on options to improve sound quality, but it’s always going to be tricky in a large room and many people talking. The Google Meet link is

November Spirit “Night” Our November Spirit “Night” is not a night! On Sunday, November 20, we’ll be taking to the treetops at Go Ape at Blue Jay Point Park. We alternate less expensive Spirit Night fundraisers (like ice cream, pizza, etc.) with experience fundraisers like this one that tend to be a bit pricier in an effort to be inclusive. Hopefully there’s something for every family that wishes to participate.
