The ROCS Board of Directors will hold a virtual emergency session on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 12:00pm to discuss (1) our capitalization policy, (2) potential change in auditor firm, (3) engagement of marketing agency for upcoming enrollment push. The board with then go into closed session to discuss “the qualifications, competence, performance, character, fitness, conditions of appointment, or conditions of initial employment of an individual public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee” per NC Open Meetings Law 143-318.11(a)(6).
The meeting will take place via simultaneous communication. Members of the public can always join the public portion of our meetings using the conference video or telephone information below. As a reminder, public comment is only offered at each regular monthly board meeting.
