Hey there, ROCStar Families!
It’s been a while since Parent Circle has checked in, but rest assured we are working hard to supoort our students and staff during this long slog between Winter Break and Spring Break! A couple of items for your attention follow.
- Early Release/Pajama Day: Friday, March 10 is an Early Release Day. Your kiddo is welcome to wear their jammies to school. $1 donations to Parent Circle are appreciated, but not required.
- Parent Circle Meeting: Parent Circle’s next meeting will be Tuesday, March 14th at 6:30pm. I already have a long list of topics to cover, so if you’ve been meaning to get involved, this is the meeting to attend! We’ll meet in the Multipurpose Room and will stream the meeting via Google Meet here.
- Parent Craft Group: We have a small group of parents that meet every other Thursday after morning drop off at NoRa Cafe (12333 Strickland Road) for coffee and crafts. Sometimes we work on a project for ROCS. Sometimes we bring projects from home. Sometimes we just chat and enjoy a hot beverage. You’re welcome to join us regardless of crafting ability or interest and non-ROCS kiddos are welcome! Our next meetup will be Thursday, March 16th and we’d love to see you!
