Hey there, ROCS Families!
- Girls on the Run School Supplies Drive: Part of the Girls on the Run curriculum involves the team planning and executing a Community Impact Project. This season, the ROCS GOTR team has chosen to collect school supplies for students and teachers at ROCS that may be in need. They are collecting items such as pencils, erasers, antibacterial wipes, tissues, glue sticks and copier paper. There is a box for donations by the front desk at school and donations will be accepted through May 18th. Thank you for supporting this project!
- Clothing Donations for the Middle School Dance: Parent Circle will be working with Ms. Dallas to collect fancy clothes for all genders to create a shopping experience for students who may not be able to purchase clothing or accessories for the occasion. If you have any dresses, suits/ties/sport jackets, bags or shoes in sizes that might fit Middle School students and are willing to donate them, please send them to school on Friday, May 19th. Thank you for supporting this effort to make the dance a night to remember!
- Spirit Night at Adventure Landing: On Thursday, May 25th, Parent Circle will be hosting a Spirit Night (or late afternoon) at Adventure Landing. For $15, guests can enjoy unlimited go-karts, mini golf and laser tag, with $5 from each admission benefiting Parent Circle. This event will start right after school and run from 4:15-6:15pm. Come join the fun at 3311 Capital Blvd. in Raleigh, 27604!
