The ROCS Board of Directors will hold a virtual special session on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 12:00pm to discuss the following:
- Review and approval of:
- FY24 Budget*
- New hire*
- Sungate lease*
- 2024 ADM
- Forum Dr sign-off
- Sumner signage
- Bi-monthly design meetings with PCSD
- Grants update/Committee request
- Parent Circle check in
* Review for these items will take place in Closed session “to prevent the disclosure of information that is privileged or confidential pursuant to the law of this State or of the United States, or not considered a public record within the meaning of Chapter 132 of the General Statutes” and “To establish, or to instruct the public body’s staff or negotiating agents concerning the position to be taken by or on behalf of the public body in negotiating (i) the price and other material terms of a contract or proposed contract for the acquisition of real property by purchase, option, exchange, or lease;” and ”to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, character, fitness, conditions of appointment, or conditions of initial employment of an individual public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee” pursuant to §143-318.11(a)(1) and (6). All votes will be made in public session.
The meeting will take place via simultaneous communication. Members of the public can always join the public portion of our meetings using the conference video or telephone information below. As a reminder, public comment is only offered at each regular monthly board meeting.
