Hey there, ROCStars! As we wind down this month of gratitude, I hope you know how grateful Parent Circle is for your ongoing support of our little school. Here are a few updates and reminders as we dash into December.
Capital Campaign: Please remember that the ROCS Root to Rise Capital Campaign is live. It’s a hard time of year to find extra money, but please give what you are able to ensure a successful school year.
Winter Formal: ROCS is having its first ever Winter Formal dance for grades 6-8 on December 8th! Lots of help is needed from snack donations to decorating to chaperones. Volunteers from all families are welcome and appreciated regardless of grade. Please sign up here!
Coupon Book Fundraiser: This is the the last week for our Parent Circle Attractions Coupon Book fundraiser. These funds are used by Parent Circle to support our students and staff with items like the beverages at the Lantern Walk, staff meals and Classroom Mini Grants for staff. You can order books here with EZ Pay Code ROCS.
Carpool Raffle: our next Carpool Raffle winner will be chosen soon! Get your entries in by this Wednesday for your chance to get the VIP carpool treatment for December AND January. Entries are $1 each and can be purchased via Venmo or Paypal @ROCSPC. Just put your carpool number in the notes so we can notify you when you win!
Lost and Found: The Lost and Found needs to be cleared out. Weather permitting, we will plan to place the items behind the school by the basketball court during carpool for several days next week to claim what is yours. You can also check in with Ms. Cooper and look through the items after the conclusion of carpool any day. Items not claimed by December 14th will be donated to the 4th Grade’s Coat Drive or other charity.
